Our occupational therapy sessions are play-based, relationship-focused, and rooted in nervous system regulation. OT helps children gain confidence and independence in everyday skills—like emotional regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, attention, and executive functioning.
But at Centered Ed, OT isn’t just about tasks—it’s about helping kids feel good in their bodies. We create engaging, nature-infused environments that support regulation, movement, and skill-building in a developmentally appropriate way. Our OT works collaboratively with families to co-create goals, build routines, and offer simple tools for home and school.
Perfect for kids who need extra sensory input, support with focus, or help navigating their big feelings, our OT program is a foundational part of our holistic model for growth and learning.
Whether your child is navigating anxiety, big life transitions, educational stress, or low self-esteem, we’re here to walk alongside them (and you) with care, curiosity, and compassion. We know healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why our approach is personalized, strengths-based, and grounded in connection.
We work with families to find the right fit for their child and offer coordination with other services and supports as needed.
