ADHD isn’t a deficit—it’s a different way of processing the world. Our coaching program is designed specifically for kids, teens, and families navigating the ups and downs of ADHD. With a blend of education, skill-building, and encouragement, ADHD coaching helps students better understand their brains and develop practical strategies for success.
We focus on executive functioning skills like organization, time management, impulse control, and emotional regulation—while celebrating each child’s creativity, intensity, and spark. Coaching sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and designed to build self-awareness, self-advocacy, and confidence.
We also include parent check-ins so families feel equipped and empowered to support their child beyond the session.

We know healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why our approach is personalized, strengths-based, and grounded in connection.
We work with families to find the right fit for their child and offer coordination with other services and supports as needed.
